Emergency Road Service – (Up to a $50 Benefit per disablement, cannot be used in conjunction with towing or lockout benefit limit):

• Mechanical Adjustments: Minor adjustments will be made at the disablement site, in an attempt to allow the vehicle to operate safely under its own power.
• Battery Service: When a vehicle experiences battery failure, we will provide a jump-start.
• Flat Tire Assistance: If a vehicle has an inflated spare tire, it will be installed to replace a flat tire. If the vehicle has two or more flat tires and no inflated spare, the vehicle will be towed in accordance with the towing provisions.
• Vehicle Fluid Delivery: Provides for the delivery of fuel or other fluids needed at the disablement site. Specific brands or octane ratings cannot be promised. Cost of fluid delivered will be paid by the member.

Lockout Service – (Up to $50 Benefit per disablement, cannot be used in conjunction with towing or emergency road service benefit limit.)

• Vehicle Access: When a Member locks their keys in their vehicle, service will be sent to gain entry into the vehicle.

Towing Service – (Up to a 15 mile tow to the nearest facility per disablement, cannot be used in conjunction with lockout service or emergency road service benefit limit.)

• Towing: When a Member’s vehicle is disabled due to mechanical breakdown, we will arrange to have it towed to an approved service facility.
• Auto Accident Towing: In the event of a reportable accident, we will arrange to have your vehicle towed to an approved service facility.
