General support can help identify an enrollment, provide copies of applicable terms, update contact information, route a benefit question, or document a complaint.
Roadside dispatch
Call the AAPP main service number at (813) 264-7110 for roadside assistance. Existing members should use the dispatch path and terms associated with their enrollment. Service depends on eligibility, the controlling limits and exclusions, provider availability, location, weather, vehicle condition, and safe access.
Call 911 first for an accident, fire, medical emergency, dangerous roadway condition, or immediate threat.
Existing device benefit

General questions: (813) 264-7110
Contact support before arranging a repair when your terms require advance verification or authorization.
Existing legal benefit
Call the AAPP main service number at (813) 264-7110 to access the legal network benefit.
This is not an emergency service and contacting AAPP does not itself create an attorney-client relationship. Deadlines continue to apply while a request is being reviewed.
Cancel a membership or program
Telephone: (813) 264-7110
Email: info@aapp.club until a dedicated cancellation mailbox is activated and tested
Mail: All American Protection Plans, Attn: Cancellations, 3225 S. MacDill Ave., Suite 345, Tampa, FL 33629
Identify each program you want canceled. Cancellation of one separately billed program does not automatically cancel the others unless you clearly request cancellation of all identified programs.
Privacy and accessibility requests
Call (813) 264-7110 or email info@aapp.club until dedicated privacy and accessibility mailboxes and their workflows are activated and tested. General Member Support will record and route the request.
Complaints and escalation
A member may submit a complaint by telephone, email, or mail. Include the member's name, confirmation or membership number if available, the benefit or transaction involved, relevant dates, the requested resolution, and copies—not originals—of supporting documents. AAPP will acknowledge the complaint, route it for review, and communicate the result or any additional information needed.
