Member discount benefit
Effective August 31, 2026, these terms apply only when Phone & Tablet Repair Savings is expressly listed in the member's enrollment confirmation. Provider participation and availability vary by location.
AAPP members whose enrollment confirmation lists this benefit may access savings of up to 20% on eligible phone and tablet repair parts and labor through participating independent repair providers.
This is a discount and referral benefit only. It is not insurance, a warranty, an extended warranty, a service warranty, or a repair or replacement contract.
All American Protection Plans, a trade name of Unique Marketing of Central Florida, Inc., provides access to participating-provider repair discounts. AAPP does not insure, warrant, repair, replace, pay, or reimburse the cost of any phone or tablet.
No payment is made to a member or repair provider by AAPP because a device is damaged, lost, malfunctioning, or in need of repair.
A participating provider may offer a discount of up to 20% on eligible combined repair parts and labor. The exact discount must be confirmed by the provider before the member authorizes the repair.
The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, a check, reimbursement, store credit, a gift card, or another payment from AAPP. Repairs completed before the discount is confirmed are not eligible for a retroactive discount or reimbursement.
The member selects the participating provider, authorizes the repair, contracts directly with the provider, and pays the provider directly for every charge remaining after the provider applies the available discount.
AAPP does not collect repair charges, approve repair requests, or promise that a device can be repaired or replaced.
Participating repair providers are independent businesses and are not AAPP employees or agents. AAPP does not control a provider's diagnosis, prices, parts, workmanship, repair time, data handling, or customer service.
Any warranty or guarantee covering a provider's parts or workmanship comes solely from that provider and is separate from the AAPP membership.
Participating providers, repair services, discounts, appointments, parts, and geographic availability may change. A particular provider, repair price, part, repair result, or appointment is not guaranteed.
Provider discounts may not be combined with insurance payments, manufacturer warranties, coupons, promotions, or other discounts unless the provider expressly permits the combination.
The benefit is available only while the member's AAPP membership is active, in good standing, and expressly lists Phone & Tablet Repair Savings. AAPP membership is month-to-month and does not require a one-year commitment.
Cancellation of the AAPP membership ends access to participating-provider discount information but does not alter a repair agreement already made directly between the member and a provider.
Before giving a device to a provider, the member is responsible for backing up information, removing sensitive information when practical, disabling security features when required, and following the provider's instructions.
To the extent permitted by law, AAPP is not responsible for data loss, privacy incidents, loss of use, unsuccessful repairs, or other acts or omissions of an independent provider.
This repair-savings benefit does not retroactively replace the terms delivered to a member enrolled in an earlier device-related benefit. Existing members should use the terms and support procedure associated with their enrollment date.
