• The benefit-specific terms for the member's enrollment date and cohort

Request your applicable terms

Call (813) 264-7110 or email info@aapp.club with the member's name, mailing address, telephone number, approximate enrollment date, and confirmation or member number if available. Do not send full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Current replacement draft

The August 30, 2026 draft does not authorize a charge, enroll a visitor, or establish that a benefit is available in a particular state. It will remain withheld until management and subscription counsel approve cancellation, refund, billing, notice, and version-control procedures.

Benefit-specific release gates

• Roadside terms require written provider verification against the operative agreement.
• The Phone & Tablet Repair Savings benefit is structured as a provider discount only and does not authorize AAPP to repair, replace, pay, or reimburse device expenses. Any historical reimbursement-based device benefit remains governed only by the terms delivered to the existing member.
• Legal program terms remain on regulatory hold pending the managing attorney or provider, lawful plan structure, jurisdictions, approvals, grievance process, state notices, and counsel approval.
