Why we do it

An introduction to our company.
An opportunity to earn rebates.

All American Protection Plans is a family-owned Florida business serving consumers since 2008. We help households access practical assistance and savings programs, including roadside assistance, legal-network benefits, and phone and tablet repair savings.

We use a portion of our advertising budget for promotional voucher offers. The goal is to introduce you to our company and give you a reason to learn about the programs available to your household.

When you call about a postcard, a representative may explain paid services, answer your questions, and review the costs and terms. Our related brands also offer identity protection and telehealth through separate programs.

The rebate process

Qualifying submissions. Mailed checks.

The promotional voucher is redeemed through monthly mail-in rebates. Approved checks can be cashed or deposited, and the money can be used as you choose. The voucher itself is not a gift card or an immediate cash payment.

1. Read your voucher

Check the printed value, numbered forms, purchase requirements, and mailing instructions. Values can vary by promotion.

2. Keep qualifying receipts

The example requires copies of receipts totaling at least $100 in qualifying merchandise purchases for each submission. Alcohol and tobacco are excluded.

3. Mail one form per month

Send the original numbered form, receipt copies, and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Begin with form 1 and follow the sequence.

4. Receive an approved check

Monthly Redemptions reviews each submission and mails the approved amount. General processing time in the example: 3–4 weeks.

Voucher value varies by offer

The full value is earned across 12 monthly redemptions.

Your total is printed on your own voucher. Submit one numbered form per calendar month; all required submissions must be approved to receive the full value.

Months 1–11 · Forms 1–11$10 each$110 total after approval
Month 12 · Form 12Remaining balanceYour printed voucher value minus $110, after forms 1–11 are approved

Missed a month? The example voucher pauses the sequence. Correct or resubmit an unapproved form in a later month; each numbered form can be approved only once.

Mail to: Monthly Redemptions
P.O. Box 13389, Tampa, FL 33681
Keep copies; submitted materials are not returned.

The sample is for information only. Use the original forms issued to you. Your printed offer and enrollment documents control your eligibility and redemption requirements.

Understand the costs

Your voucher and paid services are separate.

Before agreeing to enroll, ask the representative to explain every initial charge, recurring payment, review period, and cancellation option. Only programs you authorize may be billed. Visiting this page does not enroll you or authorize payment.

Telephone enrollment example. Your specific offer may differ.
Program or chargeAmountWhen it is charged, if authorized
Shipping & processing$5.95 onceAt enrollment
All American Protection Plans$44.79/monthFirst charge the calendar day after enrollment, then monthly until canceled
24/7 ID Protect$38.40/monthAfter the 10-day review; first charge on day 10, then monthly until canceled
All Health$37.97/monthAfter the 21-day review; first charge on day 21, then monthly until canceled

If you authorize all three programs and keep them through their first charges: $127.11 total through day 21, including $5.95 shipping and processing; then $121.16 in combined monthly program charges. The three programs bill separately. Qualifying purchases and mailing costs for rebates are additional.

You may cancel a paid service.

A direct cancellation or refund request with All American Protection Plans does not, by itself, disqualify you from the separate promotional voucher. Continue following the voucher requirements. Refund requests are reviewed under your enrollment terms.

Identify each program you want canceled. Canceling one program does not automatically cancel the others. Ask for confirmation.

Cancellation & refund support

Read the payment-reversal condition.

The example voucher states that a chargeback or payment reversal involving a transaction with us disqualifies participation. This is a condition printed in the voucher, separate from a direct cancellation or refund request.

Nothing on this page prevents you from disputing an unauthorized charge, contacting your financial institution or a regulator, or exercising a legal right.

Protect your information

Take a moment.
Verify before you respond.

Scammers can copy a company’s identity. If a postcard or caller leaves you uncertain, pause and contact us using the independent support details on this page.

  • Verify on our official portal. Go directly to aappoffer.com and confirm that your claim retrieves your matching information. Contact us about anything that does not match.
  • Understand what you authorize. Ask about all charges and recurring services before giving payment information.
  • Protect sensitive information. Never email full card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or bank login details.
  • Question unusual payment requests. A request to pay by gift card, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency deserves independent verification.
  • Report a concern. Keep the postcard and any messages. Contact us about suspected misuse of our name; contact your financial institution promptly about a charge you did not authorize.

Straightforward answers

Questions about your postcard?

Where do I enter my AAPP claim number?

Use the official AAPP claim portal at aappoffer.com. Have the claim number printed on your postcard ready and follow the verification prompts. Compare the returned information with your mailing. If you cannot find the claim number or the information does not match, contact (813) 264-7110 or info@aapp.club before proceeding. Do not post your claim number in a public review.

Is an AAPP voucher claim the same as a roadside assistance request?

No. A postcard claim identifies a promotional offer and leads to its verification process. A roadside assistance request concerns a benefit associated with an existing membership. Use your enrollment's dispatch instructions for vehicle trouble. The voucher's redemption requirements are separate from roadside benefit eligibility.

Is the All American Protection Plans postcard offer real?

Yes. All American Protection Plans sends promotional postcards and operates a mail-in rebate program. We mail physical rebate checks after qualifying submissions are reviewed and approved. To verify your postcard, go directly to aappoffer.com and enter your claim details. If your claim pulls up with information that matches yours, the offer is in our records. The amount on a voucher is the maximum available through its redemption schedule. If the claim is not found or the details do not match, contact our main support team before proceeding.

Why have I seen news stories warning about AAPP postcards?

Consumer alerts and news reports have raised concerns about postcard offers, recurring charges, and how vouchers are redeemed. We take those concerns seriously. This page explains our program, its costs, and its redemption requirements so you can make an informed decision. If a mailing, charge, or sales explanation does not match what you were told, contact us so we can review your specific experience. We cannot determine the source of an individual mailing or complaint without reviewing it.

Is this free gas, a gift card, or money I can claim immediately?

It is a promotional mail-in rebate voucher. It is not a prepaid gas or grocery card, a government benefit, or an immediate cash payment. Qualifying purchases, monthly submissions, postage, and approval are required. Paid programs and a shipping and processing fee may be offered during enrollment; review all charges before you authorize them. Approved rebate checks may be cashed or deposited and used as you choose.

Do I have to keep a paid service to use my voucher?

You do not have to keep an optional service to remain eligible for the separate promotional voucher. A cancellation or refund requested directly from All American Protection Plans does not, by itself, disqualify you. You must continue to follow your voucher's requirements. The example voucher also contains a separate chargeback and payment-reversal condition, explained below. Cancel each separately billed program you no longer want and ask for confirmation.

What if I miss a month or my submission is incomplete?

Under the voucher's redemption terms, the redemption sequence pauses. A missed month or unapproved submission does not permanently forfeit the remaining eligibility. Correct or resubmit the same unapproved numbered form in a later calendar month. Submit only one numbered form per calendar month; each number can be approved once. Your own issued voucher terms control.

What should I do if my check or voucher materials have not arrived?

Contact us at (813) 264-7110 or info@aapp.club with your name, claim number, mailing date, and the numbered redemption involved, if available. Keep copies of your submission. The example voucher lists a general processing time of 3–4 weeks; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Our support team can help review your enrollment or redemption question.
