Call the AAPP main service number at (813) 264-7110 and request Legal Services. The documents delivered when you enrolled and the applicable provider terms control eligibility, consultations, limits, exclusions, jurisdictions, fees, conflicts, complaints, and cancellation.
Have the member's name, contact information, membership or confirmation number, state of residence, and a brief non-confidential description of the legal issue available. Do not submit sensitive evidence or detailed confidential information to AAPP through a general website form.
A participating attorney or legal-service provider independently determines conflicts, professional responsibility requirements, jurisdiction, whether the matter is eligible, and whether representation can be offered. AAPP does not direct an attorney's legal judgment and does not guarantee that an attorney will accept a matter or achieve a particular outcome.
