Submit only the materials required by the voucher version you received. Keep copies of every form, receipt, mailing record, and response. Do not rely on a website summary to change the delivered terms.
Existing voucher holders
Promotional Voucher Terms
A promotional voucher is separate from AAPP membership. The amount, numbered forms, eligibility rules, submission sequence, deadlines, and payout schedule printed with the voucher control.

Membership is separate
Canceling or changing an AAPP membership does not by itself rewrite the separate voucher terms. The documents delivered with the voucher govern eligibility and redemption.
