This policy describes how All American Protection Plans handles personal information in connection with AAPP.club, GetAAPP.net, and its membership and support activities. Separately operated enrollment portals, benefit providers, and linked services may provide additional privacy notices.
Information we collect
When you contact us or use membership services, we may receive your name, address, phone number, email, claim or member number, enrollment and transaction information, service requests, and communications. Information comes from you and, where relevant to your services, authorized enrollment and benefit providers. Calls may be recorded when disclosed and permitted by law.
Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, and request times to deliver and protect the website. AAPP.club offers a customer review form. GetAAPP.net offers online enrollment through secure payment fields. Member-account links may lead to separate services.
Reviews submitted on this website
The review form collects your first name, last initial, email address, rating, service category, review text, and publication permission. Submissions are saved privately for review before publication. When you give permission, your review, rating, service category, first name, and last initial may be displayed publicly. Your email address is not displayed and is used to follow up about your submission.
We check submissions for spam, personal information, and relevance. Negative feedback is not excluded simply because it is critical. Short-lived security counters derived from the request IP address help limit automated submissions. To ask about a review, correct it, or request removal, contact info@aapp.club. Submitting a review does not enroll you in marketing communications.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, administer authorized memberships and benefits, process transactions and requests, communicate about services, maintain business records, prevent fraud, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations. Marketing preferences can be changed by contacting support or using an available unsubscribe option. Website use alone does not constitute consent to marketing texts or calls.
When information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed as needed to hosting and technology providers, payment processors, communication and fulfillment services, and benefit providers helping deliver your requested services. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, in response to lawful requests, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. A linked service handles information you give it under its own notice.
Website cookies and advertising
If you select Allow analytics only or Allow analytics & ad measurement, Google Analytics helps us measure page visits, video use, support links, enrollment starts and accepted online enrollments across AAPP.club and GetAAPP.net. Google may process technical information, approximate location and analytics cookie identifiers. We do not send contact-form values, customer review text, payment details or enrollment API responses to Analytics. Optional analytics is off until you allow it. If you separately allow ad measurement, Google may also use ad-click identifiers, campaign information and enrollment events to attribute completed enrollments to our Google ads. Ad measurement is off until you explicitly allow it. Ad personalization remains disabled; we do not enable remarketing audiences. Hosting and security services may use necessary technologies to deliver the site.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including membership administration, transaction records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use the designated secure channel for sensitive documents and never email full card details or passwords.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; opt out of certain disclosures or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive-information uses; or appeal a request decision. These rights may have exceptions, including records required for legal or transaction purposes.

We may reasonably verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right. Where an appeal right applies, reply to the decision or contact support with 'Privacy Appeal' and identify your earlier request.
Browser signals and external services
Cookie settings on each site lets you reject optional measurement, allow analytics only, or allow analytics and ad measurement and change your choice later. A supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps optional analytics and ad measurement off. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days in this browser on each domain; it does not prevent enrollment or review submission. External websites have their own privacy controls.
Children and processing location
This website and memberships are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so the matter can be reviewed. AAPP operates in the United States; providers may process information where their services operate, subject to applicable requirements.
Policy updates
Changes will be posted with an updated revision date. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
