What All Health offers
All Health offers telemedicine access through MyTelemedicine, connecting members with U.S. board-certified doctors by phone, video, or mobile app for nonemergency concerns. It is not health insurance. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription or a particular treatment.
Is All Health included with every AAPP membership?
No. Being in the same family of brands does not mean that enrollment in one program enrolls you in the other. All Health and AAPP have separate enrollment, billing, and terms. Check your confirmation for the programs you authorized and the contacts that apply to each.
How do I access a consultation?
Use the doctor-access instructions on the official All Health website or in your membership materials. The site lists 1-800-611-5601 for consultations and 727-748-0911 for billing questions. Telemedicine is for nonemergency care; call 911 for an emergency.
What should I check before enrolling?
Keep the confirmation for each program so you can direct an access, account, or cancellation question to the appropriate support team.
- Which household members would be eligible under the specific offer.
- The consultation process, state availability, and any service limitations.
- The total charge, billing schedule, and cancellation contact before authorizing enrollment.
Where can I learn more about the AAPP connection?
Our company page introduces All American Protection Plans and the other brands in our family. For help identifying an AAPP enrollment, use AAPP Member Support.
