Common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
These answers are general information. Your enrollment confirmation and the terms delivered at enrollment control.
Is All American Protection Plans part of AARP or the government?
No. All American Protection Plans is a trade name of Unique Marketing of Central Florida, Inc., a private Florida company. It is not AARP, is not affiliated with AARP, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.
How long has the company been in business?
The Florida-based company has served consumers since 2008.
Which benefits do I have?
Your enrollment confirmation and the terms delivered at enrollment identify the programs and benefits associated with your account. Seeing a benefit on this website does not mean it is included in every membership.
Why are service prices not listed on the general website?
Memberships and promotions can have different charges, billing schedules, trial terms, and benefit combinations. The complete charge and recurring-billing terms must be presented in the specific enrollment process before authorization and included in the enrollment confirmation. This general information website does not authorize charges.
How do I get a copy of my terms?
Contact General Member Support with your name, mailing address, telephone number, approximate enrollment date, and confirmation or membership number if available. AAPP will use its records to identify the version associated with your enrollment.
How do I cancel?
Call (813) 264-7110, email info@aapp.club, or mail a cancellation request to the Tampa address shown on the Member Support page. Identify each program you want canceled. Cancellation stops future AAPP billing.
Does canceling one program cancel every program?
Not automatically. Separately billed programs may have separate enrollments. State clearly whether you are canceling one identified program or all programs associated with the account, and review the written confirmation.
Can I cancel without submitting a payment dispute?
Yes. Use the cancellation methods on the Member Support page. A payment dispute is not required to cancel. AAPP does not condition access to its cancellation process on withdrawing a good-faith dispute.
Is roadside dispatch available at all times?
Use the roadside dispatch instructions delivered with your enrollment or call General Member Support. Dispatch availability, territory, eligibility, service limits, exclusions, and provider conditions are governed by the controlling terms and must be confirmed against the applicable provider arrangement.
What should I do during a roadside emergency?
Move to a safe location when possible. Call 911 first for an accident, fire, medical emergency, dangerous roadway position, or immediate threat. Then use the dispatch number in your enrollment materials if an eligible roadside service is needed.
How does Phone & Tablet Repair Savings work?
When the benefit is listed in your enrollment confirmation, you may access savings of up to 20% on eligible repair parts and labor from participating independent providers. You select and pay the provider directly. AAPP does not repair, replace, pay, or reimburse device expenses, and the benefit is not insurance or a warranty.
Review Repair Savings TermsHow do I submit an existing device benefit request?
Review the terms delivered at enrollment and contact support before arranging a repair if advance authorization is required. Keep the itemized estimate, itemized paid receipt, device identification, repair-facility information, and any requested photos or diagnostics.
Existing Device Benefit SupportHow do I use an existing legal benefit?
Use the legal-benefit support number in your enrollment materials or call General Member Support and request the provider terms associated with your enrollment. A participating attorney independently evaluates conflicts, jurisdiction, eligibility, and whether assistance can be offered.
Does contacting AAPP create an attorney-client relationship?
No. An attorney-client relationship can be created only through the applicable attorney or legal provider under its procedures. Do not send confidential legal details through general email.
Does contacting AAPP authorize marketing or billing?
No. A support request does not enroll a visitor, authorize a charge, or provide consent to marketing calls or texts. Any marketing consent must be requested separately and must be optional where required by law.
Where should I send sensitive documents?
Use only the secure or designated channel provided for the specific request. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information through general email.
How do I report an accessibility problem?
Call (813) 264-7110 or email info@aapp.club. Identify the page or document and the accommodation or alternate format requested.
