Roadside assistance

Using roadside assistance in Florida.

All American Protection Plans is based in Florida. If your enrollment includes eligible roadside service in the state, your benefit instructions explain how to request it. A local business address does not mean that a truck is dispatched from that office.

Be specific about your Florida location

Give the road name, direction of travel, nearest exit, and a clear landmark. On a divided highway, a provider needs to know which side can reach you. In a resort, parking garage, or gated community, explain entry restrictions and where the vehicle is parked.

If you are traveling beyond your usual area, check your program’s territory and vehicle eligibility before the trip. A Florida mailing address does not establish the service area for every program.

Weather and access can affect service

Heavy rain, flooding, storm damage, traffic, and road closures can affect safe access and provider availability. Follow public safety directions and do not enter flooded areas to reach a vehicle. Tell dispatch about any immediate hazard.

An arrival estimate is specific to the service request and can change. Ask dispatch how to receive an update. This page does not promise a statewide response time or availability during a severe weather event.

Know the difference between support and dispatch

Use the roadside dispatch instructions delivered with your enrollment. General AAPP support at (813) 264-7110 can help identify your program and documents during its stated hours. For an immediate emergency, call 911. The business mailing address is not a walk-in roadside service location.

Prepare for travel around the state

Keep your service instructions, vehicle information, and an accessible callback number with you. Before a longer drive, review the towing allowance, event limits, and spare-tire arrangements. If your benefits came through another company, keep that program name available too.

Find the right AAPP benefit.

Your enrollment documents identify the benefits, eligibility, limits, and service instructions that apply to you.
