Start with the dispatch number in your AAPP enrollment materials or member app.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.
When you call, have your member information, exact location, vehicle details, and a description of the problem ready.
Tell the representative whether you need help with a lockout, a dead battery, a flat tire, or a tow.
Ask about eligibility, service limits, any charges, and what happens next.
Wait in a safe place and keep your phone available for updates.
Arrival times depend on your location and provider availability.
