Why a different brand may appear on your materials
A car wash, employer, or membership organization may introduce the benefit under its own program name. Branding and service responsibilities are defined in the partner agreement. The partner name on a card does not, by itself, identify every provider or establish which benefits are active.
Start with the confirmation delivered by the organization. It should identify the service instructions and any activation steps. If you contact AAPP, tell us the partner and program name so the correct arrangement can be located.
An existing car-wash partnership
Our Corporate Partnerships page describes the roadside program for Woodie’s Wash Shack members through Woodie’s AutoClub. That is an example of roadside assistance connected with another company’s membership. Refer to that program’s materials for current eligibility and benefit details.
Business programs we can discuss
AAPP discusses benefit arrangements with car washes, dealerships, employers, credit unions, and customer membership organizations. These are partnership opportunities, not claims that every named industry or institution is already a client. Each proposed program requires an agreed scope, price, support model, and written terms.
For an existing member
Have the partner’s name, your enrollment information, and the service or account question available. A direct online AAPP offer may differ from your partner-supplied benefit. Use your own instructions when requesting dispatch or submitting documents.
Read documented partner-program service events
Our case-study collection includes anonymous summaries of recorded lockout and tire assistance, as well as a towing request that changed to a jump-start. These events illustrate individual service records from the Woodie’s Auto Club program.
