All American Protection Plans

Understand your enrollment and billing.

An AAPP offer can differ depending on how you enrolled. The confirmation and payment authorization for your transaction establish the programs you selected, amounts, billing dates, and cancellation instructions.

Online and telephone offers can differ

GetAAPP.net provides an online AAPP enrollment experience. Telephone promotions may include different introductory charges or optional programs with separate trial periods and recurring payments. Do not combine an online price with a telephone promotion’s terms.

Before enrolling, review the entire authorization and keep the confirmation. If a price or date is unclear, ask for an explanation before agreeing.

Identify each separately billed program

All American Protection Plans, 24/7 ID Protect, and All Health are separate programs when separately authorized. Being enrolled in one does not automatically mean enrollment in all of them. Look for each program’s name, charge, frequency, and trial or review period in your documents.

Request a billing review

Contact support with your name, the program name if known, the charge date and amount, and your enrollment reference. Explain what differs from your understanding. Do not email a full card number, bank statement with unrelated transactions, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

If you are unsure which business made a charge, ask your payment provider for the merchant details and compare them with your records. A similar abbreviation does not by itself identify AAPP.

Cancel the programs you no longer want

Call (813) 264-7110 or email info@aapp.club and clearly identify each program to cancel. If you want all associated programs canceled, say that explicitly and request confirmation. Ask separately about refund eligibility for a prior charge.

The voucher has its own requirements

An optional paid service and a promotional voucher are separate. Review the Voucher Program page and your issued terms for the effects of cancellation, refunds, and payment reversals on that specific offer. Continue following the applicable redemption requirements.

Have a question about your account?

Your enrollment documents identify the benefits, eligibility, limits, and service instructions that apply to you.
